Amie Beloy, M.D.
Dr. Beloy
Amie Beloy, M.D. joined Ashburn Pediatrics in 2000 after practicing pediatrics in Western North Carolina. She received her undergraduate and medical degrees at the premier State University of the Philippines. She successfully completed her pediatric internship and residency at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. She presently holds a Diplomate at the American Board of Pediatrics and concurrently a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been rated as one of the country’s top pediatricians by the National Consumers’ Research. Dr. Beloy is currently a continuing medical education coordinator at the Inova Loudoun Hospital. She holds special interest in allergies, gastrointestinal ailments and travel medicine. She recertified with the Pediatric Board in 2010.
Dr. Beloy enjoys globetrotting. She finds travel addictive, educational, and enlightening. She also enjoys visual arts as she experiments through painting in watercolors. She is on call 24/7 for her nephew in Manila, Philippines and her niece in Germany.
Maura Carroll, M.D.
Dr. Carroll
Maura Carroll, M.D., became a pediatrician to be with and take care of children. She joined Ashburn Pediatrics in 2002 after working and training in the area for a number of years. Dr. Carroll received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed her residency through the Georgetown program in 2001, and holds board certification from the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Carroll participates in church-related activities at Holy Trinity in Fairfax, and enjoys sewing, gardening, and spending time with her extensive family.
Jane Curry, M.D.

Jane E. Curry, M.D. joined Ashburn Pediatrics in 2011 after practicing pediatrics at her own clinic in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dr. Curry received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University in New Orleans and received her medical dregree from Louisiana State University (LSU) School of Medicine in Shreveport. She completed her residency at the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans in 1996, and holds board certification from the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Curry lives with her husband and two cats in Reston, VA. For fun, she likes to travel and walk her cat Bentley in his stroller.
Theresa Crowley, M.D.

Theresa Crowley, M.D., has been practicing pediatrics in Loudoun County since 1987. One of the Ashburn Pediatrics partners, she has been with the group since 1996. Dr. Crowley has always had a desire to help her favorite kind of people, children. She hold particular interest in infant development, neurology, and infant & toddler behavior. Dr. Crowley received her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School, completing her residency at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughter in Norfolk, VA. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She served as Chief of Pediatrics of Loudoun Hospital from 1991-1992, and sat on the Loudoun Hospital CME and Hospital Library Committees in the 1990s. She recertified with the Pediatric Board in 2010.
Dr. Crowley has fully enjoyed following many of her patients through their middle and high school years as well as sending them off to college. As her children have grown and participated in sports she has developed an interest and attended sports participation and injury conferences. Fitness, weight control and obesity care are also areas of interest. Dr. Crowley participates in tennis leagues, enjoys biking and reading and most of all watching her children grow up.

Victoria Pierce, M.D.

Victoria Pierce, M.D., joined Ashburn Pediatrics n 2001 after completing her residency training at the Fairfax Hospital for Children where she had the honor of serving as Chief Resident Pediatric. She received her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and believes her training is enhanced through her experience as a mother of her two sons, Geoffrey and Alex. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Away from the office, Dr. Pierce enjoys scrapbooking and is member of a local book club.
Michele Reilly, D.O.
Dr. Reilly
Michele Reilly founded Ashburn Pediatrics in 1994. She has loved watching families grow, and now cherishes the opportunity to take care of the children of former patients. She believes strongly in the benefit of good communication, to help parents to become the best resource that their children have.
Dr. Reilly earned her medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Georgetown University, and is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
As part of the Ashburn Farm community, Mike and Michele Reilly are very involved in their children’s many sport, school and church activities. She is a frequent speaker on different health and growth topics. And she is affectionately known as the “Singing Doctor”.
Jyotsna Shah, M.D.

Dr. Shah joined Ashburn Pediatrics in August 2007, after completing her pediatric internship and residency at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC. She finished her undergraduate education at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and attended medical school at University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. She is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics. She chose to practice primary care pediatrics because she enjoys preventative medicine. Her professional special interests include working with adolescents and treating asthmatic patients. Dr. Shah lives with her husband, two girls and dog in Ashburn, VA. For fun, she likes to hike, travel, and go wine-tasting.
Susan Weiner, C.P.N.P.
Susan Weiner
A native of Western New York, Susan received her RN Diploma in 1978 from The Genesee Hospital School of Nursing in Rochester, New York. She has been caring for children ever since. While working on the pediatric floor at The Genesee Hospital, she earned her BSN from Alfred University in 1985. She moved with her husband to Northern Virginia that same year and found employment at Georgetown University Hospital, where she worked in just about every pediatric setting. Returning to school a few years later, Susan received her MSN in Pediatric Nursing from the University of Virginia in 1990 and a Post Masters Certificate in 1992 from Catholic University allowing her to practice as a PNP. She worked for Kaiser Permanente for several years prior to joining Ashburn Pediatrics in 1997.
Susan's past experiences, both as a pediatric nurse for thirty years and parenting an adolescent with her husband of twenty four years help her do her job at Ashburn Pediatrics. She hopes she is helping parents to enjoy their children and not to "sweat the small stuff."
Susan lives in Western Loudoun with her husband and daughter. She enjoys sewing, reading, music and researching family geneaology. Her future plans include golf lessons and fixing up the house.
Kelly Welstead, C.P.N.P.
Kelly Wellstead
Kelly Welstead, N.P., has been a part of the Ashburn Pediatrics team since 2002. She trained at the University of Virginia School of Nursing, received her master’s degree from the Medical College of Virginia. She is board certified by the NAPNAP. Kelly, whose husband Lee is a dentist, served in the U.S. Air Force and lived and worked in the Midwest for four years before moving back to the area to be closer to family. In addition to working in pediatric primary care, Kelly has experience in same-day surgery and ER care. She lives in Leesburg with her husband and their son Carter and daughter Samantha. In her free time she enjoys coaching soccer, watching her son’s football games and spending time with her family.
